15mm Metal Figures
Some people prefer llarger figures but 15mm figures are to scale for Traveller. 3d printed plastic figures can be used, but I prefer metal as they stand up better to wildly gesticulating players and knocked over beverages. Here are some current sources (as of 2025).

Darkest Star Games Crew, Infantry, Civilians, Vargr (Garrhul), and
Zholdani (Venturian)
Alternative Armies Droyne (Lizardman)
Little Metal Spaceships Starships
Brigade Models Starships, aliens, various militaries, and scenery
