Is this game underway yet?

No. As of April 12, 2023 I am still setting it up.
Can I sign up to play?

Some players will be recruited so that the Referee can learn gently. After that as players drop out, new players will be sought. If you have been following this blog, are interested, and are easy to get along with...yes, you may be asked to join. Age, gender, and level of backgorund playing CLassic Traveller or any other RPG will not be relevant factors.
